Room reservation can be made via 2 methods as below;

Requirements

To complete with the room reservation, please provide us with the items below:

  1. Filled up room reservation form
  2. 2 passport size photos
  3. 1 set of photocopied IC (non-returnable)
  4. 1 month reservation deposit

Payment is to be made via bank-transfer or cheque issued to this account:

Notes:

  • 1 year tenancy agreement is to be signed by the tenant
  • Reservation made online must be completed with paid reservation deposit
  • Fax (05-466 7798) / email (kampar.residences@gmail.com) the proof of payment to receive a confirmed room reservation
  • Official receipt will only be issued once proof of payment (e.g.bank in slip) has been received
  • Early bird promotion is only applicable for reservations with full payments made before 1st of February 2014.
